1General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the pkok betting platform ("pkok", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). These Terms apply automatically whenever you use our services through the pkok website, mobile application, or any other digital channel.

Pkok is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under this age, please refrain from using pkok. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on pkok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account may be registered under your name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• If any previous pkok account was suspended or terminated in your name, you will not be eligible to open a new account.

Pkok reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure security. Verification may typically require a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

Keep your password confidential and do not share account access with anyone. Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3Betting & Odds Rules

A bet on pkok is only considered valid once the system successfully sends a confirmation message. If a bet remains unprocessed due to network issues and no confirmation is received, the bet should be treated as not accepted.

The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final. Once your bet is confirmed, it will be settled at those odds even if the odds change afterwards. However, odds may be updated automatically before a match begins — this is a normal part of market management.

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If a cricket match is abandoned due to rain, bets will be settled according to the official result. If a match is rescheduled and played within 72 hours, all bets on that match will remain valid.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, pkok reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. This is not intended to disadvantage users, but to ensure fairness.

4Financial Transactions – Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on pkok is ৳100. Funds can be deposited via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must come from legitimate sources and must be made from your own account. Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Funds will only be sent to your own payment account — transfers to third parties are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pkok aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on banking days and verification requirements.

Deposits are free of charge. A small processing fee may apply to withdrawals, which will be clearly communicated before the transaction is completed. No hidden charges — that's our promise.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members who register on pkok for the first time are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms may vary from time to time, and separate conditions apply to each promotion.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must meet a specified wagering requirement. The wagering conditions for each bonus are stated separately.

If the bonus system is abused — for example, by creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or providing false information — pkok reserves the right to cancel the bonuses on those accounts and suspend them.

Any bonus offer from pkok is applicable only once per individual, household, address, or IP address. If this rule is violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Responsible Betting Policy

Pkok believes in responsible betting. Betting is entertainment — not a reliable source of income. We want you to enjoy the experience, but always within your limits.

• Self-Limit: pkok allows you to set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• Cooling Off: You can temporarily suspend your own account whenever you need a short break.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need a longer break, you can apply for self-exclusion.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders from the app showing how long you have been playing.

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkok. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Exploiting the system through opposing bets (arbitrage betting).
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Using pkok for illegal financial transactions (money laundering).
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pkok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in cases of rule violations, fraud, or other justified reasons. The reason for closure will be communicated in writing, and any legitimately earned balance remaining in the account will be refunded.

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@pkok-baji.com. All pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.

An account will be declared Inactive after 12 consecutive months without activity. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. To reactivate your account, please contact our support team.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Pkok places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Data collected during registration and while using our services is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.

10Changes to Terms & Updates

Pkok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
